If you want to build the magic wand you will need star fragments, which can be collected the next morning on the beaches, after having expressed wishes, observing the sky and interacting with them falling stars.
So once you have it the magic wand project from Celeste, look at the sky and wait for them shooting stars, pressing A as soon as you see them.

- Capricorn - from 22 December to 19 January
- Aquarium - from January 20 to February 18
- Fishes - from February 19th to March 20th
- Ram - from 21 March to 19 April
- Bull - from 20 April to 20 May
- Gemelli - from 21 May to 20 June
- Cancer - from 21 June to 22 July
- Lion - from 23 July to 22 August
- Virgin - from 23 August to 22 September
- Balance - from 23 September to 22 October
- Scorpio - from 23 October to 21 November
