- Attend the museum ceremony and new shop by talking to Tom nook
- Talk to Tom nook to receive a bridge project
- Get the materials and build the bridge, after which install it wherever you want
- Talk to Tom nook several times to get 3 free houses
- Place the houses where you want to receive the ladder blueprint
- Get the materials to build it
