You need to make sure you've already caught a Galar Slowpoke. Typically, this Pokémon is usually available via one-star raid and this is the most common way to encounter this Pokémon. Regardless, make sure you've caught one and have it in your collection. When you have a Galarian Slowpoke that you want to evolve, make it your friend.
Once Galarian Slowpoke is your friend, all you need to do is catch 30 Psychic-type Pokémon. These Pokémon can be in the wild, from forays, field research projects, or any other method that makes you one of the 30 you need to catch.
Once you have them all, click on Galarian Slowpoke and you should have a chance to evolve it into a Galarian Slowking. You will also need to make sure you have at least 50 Slowpoke candies. Your Galarian Slowpoke will become Galarian Slowking and you will be able to walk around with him as your friend, use him in the Grand League or have him on your team during raid battles.
