Machoke does not require an evolution item, a move or to reach a certain level of friendship. Instead, you have to trade it with another player. The best way to do this is to contact a friend who is willing to help you and trade your Machoke with them. When the Machoke is transferred to the other player, he becomes a Machamp. Make sure your friend is willing to return the Machamp to you. Alternatively, the other person could trade you a Machoke and you will receive a Machamp.
