Minecraft Player builds Cyberpunk Minecraft City to celebrate Cyberpunk 2077

Minecraft Elysium Fire player decided to show how excited he is for Cyberpunk 2077 by building a Cyberpunk Minecraft city. To show us how he built such a huge city, he also created an eight minute time lapse video showing how the whole thing came about as he built it.

The map, which will be available to players for download and clutter on Christmas Day, wasn't entirely built by Elysium Fire, but was a massive collaboration between a large number of different Minecraft players, so why aren't there two buildings in the city looks the same.

The city is quite sprawling, with not only a variety of buildings, but also flooded streets, tunnels, and even huge light sculptures that include things like birds, globes, and people. There are also various parks with a variety of decorations.

While the city of Cyberpunk Minecraft is not a true one-to-one recreation of Night City, the city of Cyberpunk 2077 that serves as the main scenario, is still heavily inspired by cyberpunk, hence the various decorations that the city has in its various squares and courtyards and parks.

Altogether, the city includes a wind farm, a monorail, a port district, various megastructures, an industrial sector, a water purification plant and a large number of billboards and holograms (the light sculptures mentioned above).

Making stupidly huge and complicated structures isn't a real challenge for most Minecraft players. There have been various players who, for example, have built Game of Thrones locations such as King's Landing in Minecraft. However, a whole city of Cyberpunk Minecraft is something that has never been done before, especially on this type of scale.

You will really be able to see Night City when Cyberpunk 2077 releases on April 16 next year for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC, but once again you can explore the city of Elysium Fire when it is available for download on Christmas Day.
