Chapter 1) Main Menu

Scenario Mode - Follow the story of your favorite character. In this mode you can unlock most of the characters.
Whenever you unlock one, complete its scenario mode to be able to use it in all modes.
Mission Mode - Complete various missions to get more Ryo and level up to unlock the two Capsule Machines in the Shop. You should unlock all characters in Scenario mode before completing Mission Mode. Here you can unlock 2 characters.
Practice Mode- Practice your moves and Jutsu. With this mode you will find all the scrolls and complete 2 S-Rank missions.
Free Battle Mode: Here you will fight against the CPU or against another player, in addition you will complete 2 S-Rank missions.
Naruto House: Options menu.
Shop: Here you will buy items from one of the three capsules.

Chapter 4) Practice Mode - Take it out on a mannequin

Here you can practice on a defenseless puppet, but you can also complete 2 S-Rank missions. If you practice the techniques of all the characters in the game, you will be able to complete "Secret Technique Information." If you find all the secret scrolls you can complete "Aquisition of the Secret Scroll."
When you enter Practice Mode, the first screen you will encounter is the character selection screen: choose your fighter and the one you want to fight against.
After that, if you press the Square on the screen featuring the two fighters, you will be sent to the Game Settings screen, where you can change the following options:
Show commands: On / Off
Appearance of objects: Frequent / Normal / Scarce
Support Character: Appears / Does not Appear
Eggs: Abilities / Disabilities
CPU Behavior: Still / Defense / Attack
After adjusting the settings, press X to switch to the Stage selection.
In Practice Mode, both fighters have infinite energy and chakra, and when damage is taken the indicators regenerate. If you pause and go to the Command Chart, you will notice the words "Pass" or "Fail" next to the names of each technique. If you manage to change all "Fails" to "Passes" for each character, you will have completed the S-Rank mission "Secret Technique Information."
This is also the fastest way to get all the secret scrolls.
FREE BATTLE MODE
Chapter 5) Free Battle Mode

Here are two options:
CPU Challenge - Player 1 Vs. CPU

Whichever option you choose, the next screen is the character selection screen. If you press O, the fighter will be chosen at random. If you press the Square, you will be sent to the "Make Out Paradise Chart", which you will need to complete 2 S-Rank missions: "Make Out Paradise" and "The Passionate Battle of Men".
Once you have chosen the two fighters, if you press the square, you will be sent to the Settings screen, where you can change the following options:
Playing Time: Between 10 - 99 Count or Infinite Time
Appearance of objects: Frequent / Normal / Scarce
Support Character: Appears / Does not Appear
Eggs: Abilities / Disabilities
Handicap: 1P **** @@@@ 2P (The default value is 4 stars for each character)
Pressing SELECT will reset all options to their default settings.
Once all the options are settled, you will have to select the stage: press the O to play in a random stage or choose the one you prefer. After that you can start fighting.
