In Generation IV, Pokemon saw several new evolutions for pocket monsters added by previous generations. One of those new Pokemon added in Diamond and Pearl was Roserade, the evolved form of the Pokemon Hoenn Roselia. For no shock, Roserade is back for the Diamond and Pearl remakes. Here's what you need to do to evolve Roselia into Roserade.
To evolve Roselia into Roserade, you will need a very specific item found in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. This item is called the Shiny Stone and this stone is very similar to the Moon, Water and Fire Stones needed to evolve Pokemon like Clefairy and Eevee.

Once you have a Polished Stone, be sure to add a Roselia to your party. Go to your bag and find the Polished Stone. It should be in the Other Items pocket. Select it with A, then choose the “Use this element” option. Click on the Roselia that is in your group and you should see that the item is compatible. This means that the Polished Stone can be used on Roselia.
With that done, all you need to do is watch the evolution footage and see your Roselia transform into a Roserade.
