How to evolve Sinistea into Polteageist in Pokemon Sword and Shield
You can find Sinistea outside Stow-on-Side in Glimwood Tangle, where he lives quite happily with many other spooky Pokemon. It's a hidden encounter, so you'll need to pay attention to the grass in the area and start encounters with every exclamation point you see. Once she manages to catch the Pokemon, she goes back to Stow-on-Side to get you a broken plate.
There's an NPC selling random items near the Pokemon Center, and while he'll be randomly selling a Cracked Pot, there's an easier way to get it. Head to the stairs on his left and up the metal ladder on the right, a few steps away. Walk along the roof to the right and you will find a broken vase.
