The second half of the Battle League has arrived in Pokémon Go for the season of misdeeds. For this part of the game, players will participate in the Grand League, giving them the chance to bring the best Pokémon they have that don't exceed the 1.500 CP requirement. There is currently no other Battle League Cup available, with the exception of the next Halloween Cup for 2021. The Halloween Cup will not be released at the same time as the Great League. What is the release date for the 2021 Halloween Cup in Pokémon Go?
The 2021 Halloween Cup won't arrive until October 15. We can imagine it will start at the same time as the game's in-game Halloween event, which is expected to start on the same date. With the event releasing at the same time as the Halloween Cup, the cup will likely be released at 10am. However, as these battles are usually against other players from around the world, it could be in New Zealand at the same time or it could be released across every time zone. We don't currently have this information, but we'll find out more when the official Pokémon Halloween event goes public.
The 2021 Halloween Cup will also end on November 2, a different date from when the Great League cups and other PvP events begin. It's a unique choice from Niantic to make the Halloween Cup so different from other competitions.
