You can find all the variety of PokéBalls throughout the Galar region. You start with the standard PokéBall, then move on to a Great Ball, then an Ultra Ball. Those are your bread and butter of PokéBall choices, with each version giving you a greater chance of capturing your target. You can find those PokéBalls in the mentioned cities. Go to the Pokémon Centers in town and to the right of the entrance is a Mart. He talks to the vendors to browse their inventory. They should have a lot of PokéBalls available for sale. Later you will visit a city due to the history of the game, you will be able to find the Great and Ultra Balls.

However, PokéBalls don't just show up in those cities. You can visit the Watt Vendors scattered throughout the wilderness to pick up a few. Unfortunately, their inventory changes daily and you need Watts to purchase them. There are a few approaches you can take to farm Watts in the game, but it's different than money.
