There are several Legendary Pokémon that you can encounter during your adventure in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Brilliant Pearl. These Legendary Pokémon are epic encounters and give you the chance to catch some of the best Pokémon in the game. A big question surrounding them is whether they will be stuck with transparencies, preventing you from capturing their brilliant versions.

We can confirm that the Legendary Pokémon you encounter in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Brilliant Pearl are not blocked. Therefore, you will have the chance to encounter shimmering versions of these amazing Pokémon on your travels. If you are looking to force a Legendary Pokémon, you will need to fight them consistently and then leave before the match is over if they are not brilliant. By activating the battle again, you will have a chance for the legendary to appear as its brilliant version.

For gloss hunters, it's exciting to know that these Legendary Pokémon aren't locked, meaning that outside of special events, these Pokémon would only appear in their traditional versions. Let's say you want to hunt down these mighty Pokémon and add them to your shiny collection. In that case, both Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Brilliant Pearl feature several exclusive Pokémon, such as Lugia, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune for Brilliant Diamond, and then Ho-Oh, Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno for Brilliant Pearl.
