How to get the hedge blueprint in Animal Crossing New Horizons
Seeds for hedges can be purchased from Florindo, however, you have the option of building your own, as long as you have the blueprint to do so.
Florindo is the new vendor that you will often find in the square of your island.
To get the project you will need to complete at least one mission of the Nature day, you can consult it through the Nook Phone, using the miles application.

The mission in question has the x5 multiplier, therefore it will allow you to get more miles as well as the project for the hedges. So once completed you just have to talk to Tom Noook.
At this point you will receive as a reward the project to build the hedges. Don't forget to complete one challenge per day up to the date indicated to receive unlimited miles.
Hedges of all kinds have been introduced into the game, you can consult them from the Florindo catalog, buying one or more units in exchange for stars.
